I have been a licensed therapist and social worker for over 25 years. However, I realized that life coaching offers many opportunities that therapy doesn’t.

Through the present focused, and goal oriented practice of life coaching, I have the flexibility to work with both local and out-of-state clients, and empower them to reach their goals and dreams.
